The Village by the Sutter Buttes

Lovey's Landing RV Park and Marina is always looking for reliable long-term tenants. We've been able to maintain a great RV neighborhood and are continually making updates. We welcome older and new, outgoing and reserved  — and all types in between! We reserve the right to give a 72 hr notice to vacate tenants that are "over the top", so to speak. Most fit in great!

Lovey's is located in Meridian, California, one hour north of Sacramento and the North Bay Area. We are on the Sacramento River beside the rugged Sutter Buttes. Lovey's enjoys proximity to river beaches, renowned fishing holes, and the Pacific Flyway. The towns of Colusa and Yuba City are about 10 and 15 minutes by car, respectively. Nearby highway 20 allows quick access to East-West and North-South travel.

Our large park has a marina for boating, restrooms with showers, propane, laundry room, and a camping area for out-of-town guests.  (Meadow campers must make a reservation through Hipcamp.) Enjoy the view from our riverside patio!

Our sites are full hook-up. Water, sewer and 

garbage are included. Electric is metered monthly. Rent begins on the 1st of each month. Any other move-in time will be billed according to the terms and conditions presented upon move-in.  No cash is accepted. We are cashless park.
